100 Micron Nylon Filter Mesh Fabric 53-1100um Thickness High Wear Resistance

We supply precision woven Nylon mesh in either Nylon PA66 and Nylon PA6. This can have plain weave or double warp structure and can be used in Filtration, Screening, Sifting or Milling applications from the production of filter bags, and screens to being injection moulded as special filter applications.

Properties: Strong, durable, hydrophilic, high adsorption

Best Resistance: corrosives

Tolerance: 3-10 pH, up to 175°C

Sterilization: irradiation

Mesh opening sizes: 10-2000 µm

Advantages of nylon mesh:
Due to their uniformity they can be woven with great precision to give exact and regular apertures,
The resulting material has a very smooth surface so that the filtered particles will easily separate from it,
They have great strength and elasticity.

After weaving, our fabrics undergo a finishing process to add the properties required for specific applications. During the finishing process, the fabric is scoured to remove any foreign substances and the yarns are then stabilised within the weave in order to eliminate shrinkage by a process known as heat setting .
